Continual Builds of Complete Test Versions

At least once a day, automatically build a complete release candidate, including dependencies, documentation, and automatic tests. Deploy build to a staging or test environment. (TBD)

Notes 

• A complete build may take significantly longer than a simple merge and deploy on change. 
• Building the complete solution is often the only way to be sure all steps are nominal.
