Following the Sprint Review and Retrospective, stakeholders meet to determine if the new work increment is potentially releasable, or whether there are known impediments. (TBD)

Following a Go decision, the pull request is merged. For MPs, a milestone version is uploaded to the main packaging org, the new version installed to a Trialforce Source Org to enable provisioning environments for acceptance testing. For CPs, the pull request is merged into the staging org for acceptance testing.
